At the presentation of the Enchanted Forest, the public’s proximity to the trainer and to the animal is given pride of place.

Visitors can observe the birds in flight, having a unique sense of contact with animal life, with special emphasis on the exuberance of tropical species. The presentation explains, among other things, the differences and the importance of clear, preys and predators, diurnal and nocturnal birds. Also find some mammals and sometimes reptiles.

Because raising awareness about biodiversity is what it is all about, a great variety of species is made known to the public, whose presence in the show takes place on a rotation basis, respecting the species’ molting and resting periods. Animal welfare is a concern at the Zoo, which is also reflected in the Enchanted Forest.
