Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 (subject to presentation of a Citizen Card). Groups of visitors with more than five minors (< 18 years old), or school groups with minors, must be accompanied by responsible adults. The cable car is not recommended for people with reduced mobility, heart problems, vertigo or pregnant women. The cable car moves continuously, stopping only in case of emergency. Wheelchairs and pushchairs are not allowed in the cable car cabins. Priority service is mandatory, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 58/2016. Equipment capacity: 238 passengers.
