Plan your visit

Despite all the restrictions imposed by the pandemic caused by Covid-19, it is now possible to relive and create new family memories close to nature, at the Lisbon Zoo. Comply with the guidelines issued by the Directorate-General of Health (DGS) and protect yourself and others.

Please note

Keep the safety distance of 2 meters between your family group / friends and other visitors.
Respect the signs.
Wash your hands frequently and use the sanitizer dispensers.
We recommend the use of face mask. Mandatory in enclosed spaces.
Cover your mouth and nose with your arm whenever you cough and / or sneeze.
Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes with your hands.
Follow the instructions of the Zoo's staff.
Do not touch the enclosures glass.
Do not feed the animals.
Avoid areas with large numbers of visitors.

For the protection of all, the Lisbon Zoo has implemented preventive measures:

In selected locations throughout the park, visitors will be able to find hand sanitizer dispensers.
We increased the cleaning and disinfection procedures, with greater frequency in common areas.
Temporary closure of some areas, see all.
